Role Overview: You will be a Client Acquisition Executive responsible for driving business growth across various sectors such as technology, media, and premium real estate. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, pitching value propositions, closing deals, and fostering long-term partnerships. This role goes beyond traditional sales positions, requiring you to sell ideas, systems, and stories with a focus on working across diverse industries and achieving outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and qualify B2B leads in SMEs, real estate, and marketing sectors. - Pitch high-value solutions through meetings, calls, and presentations. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact to final conversion. - Tailor sales strategies based on client needs. - Coordinate with internal teams for client proposals. - Monitor outreach efforts and manage CRM records. - Achieve monthly acquisition targets. - Attend networking events, exhibitions, and local market activations as required. Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of client-facing experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or partnerships. - Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivation and willingness to travel if necessary. - Local knowledge of Nagpur. - Experience in media/advertising, SaaS, or real estate sales is a bonus.
