Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive (Sales & Business Development)
Location: Nagpur (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time | On-ground + Remote Coordination
Salary: Performance-Based + Fixed Retainer (Negotiable)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Client Acquisition Executive to drive business growth across multiple fast-scaling ventures in technology, media, and premium real estate. You will be the face of our solutions — identifying potential clients, pitching value, closing deals, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
This is not a traditional sales job. It’s a high-trust, entrepreneurial role for someone who can sell ideas, systems, and stories — with the hunger to work across industries and the discipline to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
● Proactively identify and qualify B2B leads in the SME, real estate, and marketing space
● Pitch high-value solutions through in-person meetings, calls, and presentations
● Build and maintain a robust pipeline — from first contact to final conversion
● Customize sales approach based on client’s industry, pain points, and decision cycles
● Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech, media) to prepare client proposals
● Track outreach, maintain CRM records, and meet monthly acquisition targets
● Attend networking events, exhibitions, and local market activations if required
What You’re Selling

You’ll be responsible for client acquisition in areas like:
● Enterprise Software (CRM systems for small businesses)
● DOOH/LED Advertising Sales (Local + Premium Locations)
● High-Intent Real Estate Projects (Lifestyle-oriented farm properties)
Qualifications & Skills
● 1–3 years of client-facing experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or partnerships
● Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
● Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision and lead accounts end-to-end
● Strong local knowledge of Nagpur and willingness to travel if required
● Bonus: Experience in media/advertising, SaaS, or real estate sales
