We’re building an intelligence platform that helps brands make smarter marketing and sales decisions by understanding their target buyers and identifying blindspots in their retail expansion. From voice-based buyer interactions to in-store invoice data, we turn messy real-world signals into strategic insights.

What You'll Do

• Build agentic applications that leverage LLMs (Large Language Models) to interact with real-world data and internal APIs.
• Design data pipelines to ingest and process unstructured data from retail stores—like scanned invoices or voice interactions with buyers.
• Apply NLP techniques to extract and analyze customer intent and behavior from natural conversations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to iterate on features, test use cases, and ship quickly.
• Assist in deploying models and applications into production as part of our go-to-market product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• Strong command of Python, with exposure to frameworks like FastAPI, LangChain, or LlamaIndex a big plus.
• Interest or experience with LLMs, NLP, speech-to-text pipelines, or voice analytics.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts—ETL, data lakes, APIs, basic cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
• Curiosity about retail, customer behavior, and marketing-tech products.
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Bonus Points For

• Projects or demos involving GPT, Whisper, RAG pipelines, or data annotation tools
• Understanding of retail analytics, POS systems, or location intelligence
• Experience with open-source vector databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate)
