What You’ll Do:

• Identify, connect, and onboard potential clients for

  production, influencer marketing, and UGC services

  .
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and businesses to foster partnerships.
• Drive

  lead generation

  through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking events, and innovative strategies.
• Prepare and deliver

  client pitches, proposals, and presentations

  to showcase agency services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with

  industry trends

  , competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  business targets

  , contributing directly to revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Business, or related field

  .

• 6 months – 1 year of experience

  in

  business development, sales, or client servicing

  (agency experience preferred).
• Strong

  communication, negotiation, and networking skills

  proactive, go-getter attitude
