Client Acquisition Executive

You will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients and sending them quotations by email. Fluency in English is a must, and you should possess strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. Additionally, you will need to establish client follow-up through phone calls, chats, and emails. Taking both inbound and outbound calls will be part of your daily tasks. Your primary goal will be achieving sales targets, so a sales-driven mindset is essential. Moreover, you will be required to coordinate among various departments within the organization. Conducting preliminary research on data will also be part of your responsibilities. Experience in chat processes will be considered an added advantage. Knowledge of Hindi and Bengali will also be beneficial for this role. As a Full-time employee, you will be working in a Day shift schedule.
