Job Title: Civil Engineer

Salary: 6,00,000 Lpa

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil and structural projects, including production plants, storage facilities, utility buildings, and waste management units.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and engineering standards.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, tenders, and work schedules.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
• project cost estimations, resource planning, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure all civil infrastructure aligns with the company’s operational needs and statutory guidelines, including pollution control board and fire safety.
• Liaise with government and statutory bodies for permits, clearances, and audits related to infrastructure.
• Support plant operations with ongoing maintenance and facility upgrade projects.
• Drive innovation in design and construction techniques to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and civil engineering standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil design tools.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project delivery is a plus.
