Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer, located in Chennai. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, conducting site supervision, ensuring project completion within timelines and budgets, and collaborating with architects, interior designers, and contractors. The role includes monitoring construction quality, preparing reports, providing technical advice, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Site Supervision, and Construction Monitoring skills
• Knowledge of Civil Contracting, Structural Works, and Renovation
• Understanding of Interior Fit-Outs, False Ceilings, and Modular Interiors
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and contractors
• Strong technical writing and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
