Job Position

Qualification: B.Tech Civil

Location: Malviya Nagar

We are seeking reliable quantity surveyors to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analysing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.

•        Work with the Company estimating systems and processes.

•        Possess good understanding of estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles for preparing estimates.

•        Recognize how various processes/ project actions and assumptions may impact estimates.

•        Under supervision prepares bid packages, conceptual estimates and analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for projects.

•        Performs duties with complexity under direct supervision, such as material take offs, compilation of historical data, etc.

•        Expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex estimating assignments including the Estimate Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOQ, Estimates, Take off Sheets, DCS and Tender documents for various projects

• Scheduling of project works

• Scrutinising maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Proficiency in MSOffice, Projects, CAD
