Job Description

Site Management & Supervision Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Allocate work to laborers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring resources are efficiently used. Monitor progress and report daily site updates to the Project Manager. Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety norms. Quality Control & Compliance Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and company standards. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage. Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and hazard identification checks. Report and investigate site accidents, incidents, or near-misses. Coordination & Communication Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients on site-related matters. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Resolve site-level conflicts or issues that may impact productivity. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site logs including manpower, material usage, equipment status, and progress achieved. Track material inventory and request procurement as needed. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred). 3–4 years of site supervision experience (depending on project size/type). Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications. Familiarity with safety standards and statutory compliance. Ability to manage multiple teams and meet tight deadlines.
