Job Role: Home Inspector Company Description MACJ - A Buyers Choice Home Inspections is a pioneer in the Professional Home Inspection Services industry in India, in collaboration with an American multinational company. Our services include health and safety inspections for various properties including homes, offices, schools, shopping malls, and warehouses. With over 13,000 inspections done in the last ten years, we have a PAN India presence in cities like Kolkata (HO), Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai, Kohima, and Goa. Our trained and experienced team utilizes the latest tools and technology, such as thermal imaging, to ensure the safety and longevity of properties. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Civil Engineer will be responsible to inspect the structure, including roof, walls, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical systems, etc., present in a property. The role involves daily tasks such as evaluating and inspecting construction sites, collaborating with architects and contractors, and providing detailed reports on their findings during inspections, which include photos and descriptions of any issues discovered. Qualifications Possess skills in Civil Engineering Experience and knowledge in Plumbing and Electrical systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience in inspecting and evaluating various types of properties is a plus Experience with construction and related activities will be given preference Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you know how to use basic computer software like MS Word, Excel, etc.?
