Position: Civil Engineer (Dam Construction)

Number of Vacancies: 15

Experience Required: 15 to 20 Years (must have extensive experience in dam construction and large-scale infrastructure projects)

Job Description

1. Oversee and execute various aspects of dam construction as per design specifications and safety standards.

2. Coordinate with project managers, engineering consultants, and subcontractors.

3. Ensure timely project delivery, quality control, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

4. Prepare, review, and interpret civil engineering plans, designs, and blueprints.

5. Conduct site inspections, solve technical issues, and optimize construction processes.

6. Mentor and supervise junior staff and construction teams.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

2. Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in dam construction projects.

3. Proven track record of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

4. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

5. In-depth knowledge of dam structures, hydraulics, geotechnical aspects, and construction materials.

6. Willingness to be based on-site in Odisha for the duration of the project.
