Key Responsibilities: Conduct static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems (metallic and non-metallic), including surge and water hammer analysis. Review and approve complex pipe stress reports and ensure compliance with ASME B31.3 and other relevant codes. Lead and mentor junior pipe stress engineers, providing coaching and guidance. Participate in design reviews and provide technical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. Review and sign-off on equipment and piping layout drawings, general arrangements, pipe support fabrication, and detail drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Design, Piping, Project Engineering). Coordinate with global engineering teams and manage interface with suppliers and clients. Provide guidance to piping modelers/drafters and support in developing material requisitions, reviewing supplier offers, and preparing technical bid evaluations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitor budget vs. actual hours, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Conduct internal/external technical reviews and lessons learned sessions to promote engineering best practices. Provide support during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases to resolve shop/site issues. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of ASME B31.3. Working knowledge of API 610, API 617, and API 618 standards. Proficient in using stress analysis software (e.g., CAESAR II). Able to evaluate and sign off on complex engineering documents and reports. Project & People Management: Ability to lead stress analysis efforts on projects, including guiding a team of engineers. Competent in planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Experienced in proposal-stage engineering support, effort estimation, and bid evaluations. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills. Proven ability to work across disciplines and with geographically distributed teams. Capable of conducting technical reviews and driving quality improvements.

Resolve fabrication/production issues through expert structural input. Track project progress, manage resources, and deliver timely outputs.
