· Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening and onboarding
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, etc.)
· Handle HR operations like offer letters, confirmations, exit formalities, etc.
· Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities
· Support compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.)
· Coordinate training and development programs for employees
· Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution
· Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives
· Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Problem-solving and attention to detail
