Position: Civil Engineer Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Industry: Apartment / Construction / Real Estate Location: Bhubaneswar About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in apartment or building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and quality control to ensure smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of work. Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper site documentation. Monitor the usage of materials and minimize wastage. Support senior engineers in project management and technical tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment/building construction projects. Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site execution. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
