Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Faridabad, Haryana Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Construction / Warehousing / Industrial Infrastructure Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee warehouse and industrial infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in civil construction, particularly in warehouse development, and be skilled in site supervision, billing, and project management. This role requires coordination across departments to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise civil works on-site, including earthworks, RCC, PEB structures, flooring, drainage, and external development. Ensure execution aligns with architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills, including quantity take-offs and site measurements. Track and report project progress against the schedule; manage cost control and risk mitigation. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and procurement teams to streamline execution. Maintain all project documentation: daily progress reports, quality checklists, test reports, and billing logs. Ensure material management, timely deliveries, and inventory control on site. Manage regulatory compliance, including liaising with local authorities and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections and initiate corrective actions as needed. Educational Background: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute. Key Skills: Project Planning & Management Warehouse & Industrial Construction Civil Site Execution Quantity Surveying & Billing (RA Bills, Final Bills) Cost Estimation and BOQ Analysis Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project (or similar) Knowledge of PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) Strong understanding of civil codes, safety norms, and construction regulations Communication & Team Coordination Skills Documentation & Reporting Preferred: Experience working with logistics /warehouse construction.
