Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Barakhamba, Delhi Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years (male candidate only) Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll, including PF, Gratuity Act, ESIC, Full & Final settlements (FNF) , PT, LWF, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, labor laws and must also support performance appraisals and salary structuring. The role requires someone who can ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries and adherence to all legal and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process monthly payroll for employees with 100% accuracy. Handle salary computation , including bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Gratuity Act , PT, LWF, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, labor laws and Income Tax (TDS) . Administer and process Full & Final settlements for exiting employees. Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for salary disbursements and related reconciliations. Maintain updated payroll records, reports, and documentation. Assist in managing the annual performance appraisal process and support salary revision activities. Resolve employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and compliance benefits. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports as required by management. Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and compliance regulations. Key Requirements: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in payroll management and compliance handling. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory requirements. Hands-on experience with payroll software and Excel. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Immediate availability will be preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Additional certification in Payroll or HR Compliance is a plus and advance excel.
