Job Description

O3Hire caters to Human Resource department across India for organized talent acquisition services.

Locations - East Godavari, West Godavari

Position - City Lead

Role & responsibilities

Identify and contact agribusinesses, dealers, cooperatives, and farmer groups
Promote and explain
agri credit products
(loans, credit limits,)
Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable credit solutions
Collect basic documents and coordinate with credit/operations teams
Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the agriculture ecosystem
Track sales activities and leads in a CRM system

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in B2B sales or agriculture/finance sector (preferred)
Knowledge of agri lending or rural markets is a plus
