About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology function. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, driving innovation, managing the engineering team, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap.
• Align technology initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Identify and implement new technologies to gain a competitive advantage.

Team Management

• Lead, scale, and mentor engineering, DevOps, and IT teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Ensure effective hiring, performance management, and team development.

Product & Engineering Execution

• Oversee product architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure scalable and secure software and infrastructure solutions.
• Establish and enforce development standards, including coding, QA, and documentation.

Innovation & R&D

• Evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud).
• Drive product innovation and ensure our tech stack remains modern and efficient.

Security & Compliance

• Oversee data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish risk management protocols and disaster recovery plans.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Support strategic partnerships and customer engagements from a technical perspective.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, or a similar leadership role.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated success in scaling teams and building complex, scalable systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
