Responsibility:

Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies.
Strong understanding of Corporate Actions lifecycle and Capital Market processes.
Proven experience in enterprise-scale AI and GenAI implementation within financial services.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; certifications in AI governance preferred.

GenAI-Specific Skills

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
Ability to design GenAI solutions for financial workflows (e.g., automated corporate action notifications, client query handling).
Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and secure deployment of GenAI in regulated environments.
Familiarity with AI ethics for generative models, including bias mitigation and explainability.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with
SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards
and ISO 20022.
Knowledge of
cloud-based AI platforms

MLOps
, and
data governance
.
Ability to balance
innovation with regulatory compliance
in banking and capital markets.
