Employee Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and implement employee engagement activities across pharmacies, polyclinics, and diagnostic centres. Conduct regular field visits to engage with frontline staff, understand their challenges, and promote a positive work environment. This role involves extensive fieldwork across multiple sites including pharmacies, clinics, and diagnostic centres. Collaborate with Centre heads and HR partners to assess engagement needs and deliver relevant programs. Organize and execute site-level events, celebrations (festivals, birthdays, recognitions), and wellness drives. Gather and analyze employee feedback from field interactions; identify engagement trends and areas of improvement. Support communication of HR policies, recognition programs, and organizational values at ground level. Maintain detailed records and reports of engagement activities and outcomes from each site.
