Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair treatment of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to industrial relations.
  • Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
  • Collaborate with management teams to resolve conflicts and address performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and leave management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in Employee Relations or a related field (HR Compliance).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards for manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
