Role Summary

The Employee Relations (ER) Executive will be responsible for supporting a positive work environment by handling employee queries, ensuring policy adherence, assisting in engagement initiatives, and coordinating grievance redressal processes. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, a fair and objective approach, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive employee matters.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Interaction & Support

Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR and workplace-related concerns.

Address day-to-day employee queries regarding policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.

Grievance Handling & Escalation

Listen to employee issues with empathy and neutrality.

Document grievances and escalate to ER Manager/HR Head when required.

Support investigation processes as per company policies (Zero Tolerance/Disciplinary).

Engagement & Communication

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities at the centre.

Help with communication of HR policies, updates, and awareness programs.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain proper records of employee interactions, grievances, and resolutions.

Ensure compliance with company ER policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, HR, and Admin teams to resolve workplace issues.

Provide feedback to management on recurring employee concerns or risks.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and listening skills.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay neutral in conflict situations.

Basic understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies.

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).

0–2 years of HR/Employee Relations/Generalist experience (Freshers with internship experience in HR may apply).
