Job Description

Employee & Org Data Management Senior Analyst (Career Level 10)

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver repeatable, measurable operations with clear process adherence.
  • Maintain and improve measurement systems and process metrics (SLA, OLA, KPI).
  • Liaise with Service Management to report client performance measures.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor volume allocation strategies across teams/resources.
  • Motivate team members, assess performance, and support hiring and training.
  • Communicate company goals, safety practices, deadlines, and policy changes.

Education & Qualifications

  • Essential:

    Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Desirable:

    HR Domain Certification, knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.

Experience

  • Essential:

    • 6–7 years of industry experience.
    • 4+ years of Employee & Org Data Management Processes.
    • 1+ years of team handling experience.
    • Experience working on HCM systems.
    • Client/stakeholder engagement in an outsourcing environment.
