Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Executive located in Mysore. The Employee Relations Executive is responsible for managing employee relations, addressing employee queries, fostering a positive work environment, and handling conflict resolution. The role involves ensuring employee engagement, providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, and coordinating with various departments to improve employee satisfaction.
