Employee Relations Executive

• Handle employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinary, conflicts) and maintain a fair, transparent process
• Prepare and manage RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status reports on ER metrics
• Generate and analyze regular reports (attrition, engagement, investigations, etc.) using Excel
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend corrective actions
• Communicate with employees in

• Develop and deliver ER training / communication for managers and employees
• Partner with business units to promote positive workplace culture and prevent ER issues

• Proven

  Employee Relations experience in a BPO / Call Center environment

• Strong

  Excel

  skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) for creating reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with

  RAG reporting

  and ER metrics
• Excellent communication in

  Hindi

  ,

  (or another regional language), and English
• Good documentation, investigation, and problem-solving abilities
