Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in international markets, including Europe, USA, South-East Asia, and other regions. Lead generation of new business opportunities through networking, market research, and targeted campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential partnerships and collaborations that align with company goals. Manage relationships with existing clients to expand services offered and increase revenue streams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 10-12 years of experience in International Business Development or related field (Export Marketing, Global Marketing). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution. Strong understanding of globalization concepts and their application in BFSI industry.
