Chief of Staff

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff at Mave Health.

*MUST be ready to build. No task is too small.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a category-defining brain health company from the inside.This person will serve as a strategic partner ensuring seamless execution of Mave’s growth plans. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, requiring someone who can think strategically while driving tactical excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Do 

• Partner with the founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive company growth and operational excellence
• Own and drive cross-functional projects across marketing, growth, coaching operations, business ops, and finance.
• Build scalable processes for fast-moving functions (influencer engine, user acquisition, onboarding, coaching delivery).
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements across org functions.
• Step in wherever needed—this role is about making the company move faster.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in consulting, business ops, strategy, or a similar high-ownership role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to independently structure and execute initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: experience in healthtech, consumer startups, or early-stage environments.

Logistics

📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (This is an in-office role)

👥 Team: 12 people (3 founders, 9 teammates)

📅 Work Week: 5 days/week (but we do go hard during sprint months)

💰 Pay: Pay no bar + ESOPs
