What You'll Do

Manage daily bookkeeping, ledgers, bank postings, and accounting operations
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve mismatches promptly
Handle TDS computation, deduction, and challan tracking
Coordinate with bankers on documentation, KYC, statements, and limit renewals
Share accurate data with consultants for MIS, TDS, and GST filings; track acknowledgments
Maintain organized financial records: invoices, challans, and payment proofs
Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable invoice checks, PO/GRN matching, and payment scheduling
Track compliance deadlines (TDS, GST, vendor declarations) and escalate issues when needed
Support forex and customs-related payments as required

Must Have

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 to 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup or SME
Strong knowledge of
Tally
; familiarity with
Zoho Books
or
QuickBooks
is a plus
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
(lookups, pivots, reconciliations)
Solid understanding of
TDS provisions
and
GST basics
Attention to detail, high ownership, and reliability in managing financial data
Good communication skills for liaising with bankers, vendors, and consultants
