Brand Designer

As a Brand Designer at Mave Health, you will play a crucial role in defining the visual identity of the brand to create a seamless and compelling experience for our audience. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and evolving the brand identity, encompassing color, typography, tone, motion, photography, and system - Creating a cohesive visual system across product, marketing, and physical packaging - Designing the website and landing pages using Figma and collaborating with developers for implementation - Developing digital and physical marketing collaterals such as ads, pitch decks, event assets, packaging, and motion content - Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints by collaborating with product, content, and performance teams - Translating neuroscience and wellness concepts into an aesthetic that is both credible and aspirational - Establishing the brand kit, guidelines, and templates to enhance creative output efficiency Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in brand and visual design - Strong visual and typographic taste with a modern aesthetic - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and willingness to experiment with AI tools - Experience in designing websites and marketing assets - Ability to think systemically and scale a design language effectively - Interest in mental health, design psychology, and innovative brand building - Based in Bangalore and comfortable working in-office with a dynamic team This role is ideal for individuals who are not just interested in executing tasks but are capable of conceptual thinking.
