Job Description

Job Location - Bhongir, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri (Dist), Telangana

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of Tally and a detail-oriented approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. • Handle day-to-day accounting operations using
Tally ERP
. • Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and financial statements. • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Support audits by providing relevant documents and clarifications. • Track expenses, maintain petty cash, and support budgeting activities. • Maintain accuracy in data entry and file management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in
Tally ERP
and basic accounting software. • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical ability. • Good communication and documentation skills. • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation (preferred).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-7 years of relevant accounting experience preferred. • Hands-on experience in Tally ERP is essential.
