- Process Optimization and Financial Controls Establish efficient financial controls, including budgeting, cost optimization, and resource allocation. - Leadership and Team Development Lead the Purchase, Production, and Quality teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead by example and with a spoonful of inspiration!

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field from a reputed institution. If you can balance engineering precision with business savvy, you’re our kind of person.
Experience
Proven experience in scaling startups, especially in manufacturing or kitchen automation industries. You’ve seen a startup grow from humble beginnings to a well-oiled machine (literally). Expertise in implementing ERP systems and establishing robust reporting structures. Your organizational skills should be as sharp as a chef’s knife.
