Our work currently includes feeding drives, medical treatment, rescues, temporary shelter and sterilisation programs for stray animals. Alongside on-ground work, we’re creating a platform that will streamline access to affordable vet care, tele-consultations, surgery bookings, sterilisation camps and medical records especially for NGOs, rescuers and low-income pet parents.

• Help build and validate the medical side of a platform for animals
• Design treatment protocols, quality standards and vet onboarding frameworks
• Guide how we structure pricing, triage flows and medical decision-making for both pets and strays
• Support our existing rescue and sterilisation work with clinical oversight

co-create a large-impact, scalable animal health platform

• Lead all veterinary and medical strategy for the platform and on-ground initiatives
• Create and standardize medical protocols, SOPs and quality benchmarks for clinics, partners and tele-consults
• Advise on product features related to medical workflows (triage, EMRs, follow-ups, sterilisation bookings, etc.)
• Oversee medical aspects of rescue cases, surgeries and sterilisation drives, directly or through partner vets
• Build and mentor an extended network of vets, para-vets, shelters and diagnostic partners
• Ensure all practices align with animal welfare ethics and regulatory norms

• Veterinary degree (BVSc & AH or equivalent) is

  mandatory

• Strong clinical experience in small animal practice; exposure to surgery, emergency and/or shelter medicine is a big plus
• Experience in animal welfare, shelters or NGO work is highly advantageous
• Comfort with technology, teleconsults and EMR-style workflows (you don’t need to code, just think product and process)
• Strong strategic thinking – able to balance clinical quality, scale and affordability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; willing to work closely with founders, product and operations teams

• Equity-only founding role initially

  – no fixed salary until we start generating consistent revenue or close a funding round

• Reimbursement of on-ground work expenses

  (e.g., travel for camps, field visits, urgent rescue duties, etc.)
• As the platform starts generating revenue or we raise funds, we transition this into a

  paid C-level role + ESOPs
