Job Description: Gyansarover Vidyapeeth invites applications for a full-time MBA Faculty position specializing in Finance . The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, relevant industry experience, and a passion for teaching, with a focus on providing students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in finance. Key Responsibilities: Teach MBA-level finance courses, including but not limited to: Corporate Finance , Financial Accounting , Investment Management , Financial Markets & Institutions , International Finance , Financial Risk Management , etc. Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and assignments in accordance with the syllabus. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams. Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students. Contribute to research in the field of finance and publish in peer-reviewed journals or present at academic conferences. Facilitate industry linkages, internships, and placements for students. Participate in academic committees, curriculum development, and faculty meetings. Qualifications & Experience: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance or an equivalent qualification. 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience in finance or related fields. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in research, case writing , and publishing in finance journals (desirable).
