Gyansarover Vidyapeeth is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain the front desk and reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor logs.
Provide accurate information regarding the institution’s courses, timings, and policies.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Coordinate with other departments when required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Good command over English and Hindi.
Polite, presentable, and well-organized.
Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
