Receptionist

A car sales receptionist is a front-office role in an automotive dealership that provides administrative and customer-facing support to the sales team. • Administrative support: Handles phone calls, schedules appointments, manages mail, and performs general office duties.
• Sales support: May assist the sales team by providing information to customers, preparing sales reports, or managing showroom walk-ins and test drives.
• Showroom management: Helps maintain a clean and organized showroom to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or front-office role is often required, and experience in a showroom or automotive environment is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also important.
