Hospital Management Faculty

Gyansarover Vidyapeeth is a growing educational institution based in Surendra Vihar, ARAP, Patna, dedicated to imparting quality education and professional training. We are currently looking to hire a dynamic and knowledgeable Hospital Management Faculty to strengthen our academic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and/or diploma-level courses in Hospital and Healthcare Management.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools in accordance with academic standards.
• Deliver lectures, conduct classroom discussions, and supervise student projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Organize seminars, guest lectures, and industry interactions for student development.
• Provide academic counseling and career guidance to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings and institutional events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in hospital or healthcare administration.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and the ability to engage students effectively.
• Familiarity with hospital operations, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
