Organization: Alka IVF – Shree Kanak Hospital

Location: Udaipur (Rajasthan)

Reports To: Managing Director / Board of Directors

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for spearheading the marketing, business expansion, and revenue growth strategy of Alka IVF – Shree Kanak Hospital. The CMO will drive both domestic and international brand positioning, oversee financial performance of marketing initiatives, and ensure the hospital achieves its ambitious target of ₹100 Crore annual revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare marketing, P&L ownership, and scaling businesses to ₹40+ Crores revenue with positive EBITDA, while planning for 5-year financial projections.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, and Digital).

- Oversee campaign execution across print, outdoor, television, social media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and performance-driven digital campaigns.

- Ensure patient-centric communication and ethical medical marketing practices.

- Take ownership of marketing department’s P&L, ensuring efficient ROI-driven campaigns.

- Align marketing spends with business goals to ensure EBITDA positive growth.

- Prepare and present five-year financial projections.

- Work closely with the finance team to track performance against the ₹100 Crore revenue target.

- Drive strategy for launching new IVF centres across Tier-1, Tier-2, and international markets.

- Conduct market feasibility studies, competition benchmarking, and ROI analysis.

- Partner with operations and doctors for smooth setup of new centres.

- Lead and scale the call centre team for lead capture, patient conversion, and retention.

- Implement CRM tools for real-time lead tracking, performance analytics, and conversion optimization.

- Organize and promote OPD camps and CME programs for doctors, hospitals, and fertility specialists.

- Build partnerships with gynecologists, urologists, and healthcare professionals for referrals.

- Design and implement international patient acquisition strategies targeting South Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

- Build partnerships with international medical tourism agencies and IVF facilitators.

- Strengthen the hospital’s digital footprint for international patients.

- Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) guidelines and ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) Act regulations.

- Adhere to healthcare advertising policies and ethical standards set by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC).

- Maintain compliance with government regulations for patient data privacy, medical tourism, and international collaborations.

- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure expansion plans meet state and central government requirements.

- Keep updated with healthcare reforms, insurance regulations, and government schemes related to fertility and IVF treatments.

- Achieve revenue milestones of ₹100 Crores within the set timeline.

- Maintain positive EBITDA margins through efficient marketing investments.

- Increase patient footfall across OPDs and IVF treatments by [X% YoY].

- Successful launch of new IVF centres in targeted geographies.

- Establish Alka IVF – Shree Kanak Hospital as a leading national and international IVF brand.

Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in scaling businesses to ₹40+ Crores revenue with EBITDA positive results.

- Strong understanding of digital healthcare marketing, P&L management, and business expansion.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
