Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Manager at UTI Mutual Fund, located in Vadodara. The Chief Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned department, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves leading project initiatives, analyzing market trends, client relationship management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and business growth. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities Knowledge of financial markets and investment management Experience in client relationship management and business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in regulatory compliance and risk management Ability to work on-site in Vadodara Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus Show more Show less
