Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Salem for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing financial advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing client portfolios, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for resolving client issues and providing ongoing support to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in financial advisory and client relationship management
Ability to conduct market research and analyze financial data
Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience in the mutual fund industry is a plus
