Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, operations) to resolve client issues and deliver solutions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
