Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen client engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, operations) to resolve client issues and deliver solutions efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
