Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of financial advisors/agents.
• Conduct regular meetings, performance evaluations, and provide continuous mentorship.
• Train and support advisors in adopting and utilizing digital tools and platforms.
• Monitor advisor performance and ensure achievement of renewal and sales targets.
• Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Uphold high operational standards and maintain business hygiene practices.
• Develop and implement market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Promote and sell a wide portfolio of financial products, including:
• Motor, Life, and Health Insurance
• Loans, Credit Cards, NPS, and other financial offerings introduced by the company.

Education:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or a full-time graduate.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial product sales (e.g., loans, insurance).
• Freshers can apply for the Surat location only.

Knowledge & Exposure:

• Basic understanding of financial or insurance products is preferred.
• Exposure to Life, Health, or Motor Insurance is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
