About the Role:


Chief Growth & Marketing Officer


The ideal candidate will bring together strategic marketing expertise, a data-driven growth mindset, and sharp business acumen to drive scale, accelerate customer acquisition, enhance customer experience, build a compelling brand narrative, and maximize retention




Key Responsibilities


Growth & Revenue Strategy

  • Define and execute the company’s overall

    growth strategy

    across multiple channels, customer segments, and geographies
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to build and optimize

    customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell frameworks

  • Drive

    data-led decision making

    , leveraging analytics and growth experimentation to accelerate business outcomes
  • Identify and develop

    new revenue streams

    , partnerships, and strategic opportunities


Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Lead the

    brand vision and positioning

    , ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Design and execute

    integrated marketing campaigns

    (digital, performance, content, events, and PR) to build awareness, demand, and thought leadership
  • Strengthen the company’s

    digital presence and customer engagement

    through SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and community-building
  • Oversee

    corporate communications

    and ensure alignment of messaging with business strategy


Team & Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing

    Growth & Marketing organization

  • Foster a

    culture of experimentation, agility, and performance accountability

  • Partner with the executive leadership team to influence company strategy and support fundraising/investor relations with strong market narratives




Key Skills & Competencies


  • Proven track record in driving

    high-scale growth

    in B2B or platform-driven businesses
  • Strong understanding of

    growth funnels, demand generation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing

  • 20+ years of relevant experience, with at least 8+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Prior experience in

    B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform companies

    is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in

    digital marketing, analytics, product-led growth, and marketing automation tools

  • Excellent

    storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management

    skills
  • Ability to combine

    strategic thinking with executional excellence

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, high-growth environment
