Core Responsibilities

1. Financial Integrity & Operational Excellence

• Lead controllership, audit, tax, and treasury.
• Build and implement strong internal controls.
• Systemize and automate the financial stack (ERP/BI).
• Ensure rapid, accurate month-end close and full statutory compliance.

2. Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and operating models.
• Drive deep understanding of unit economics across the business.
• Deliver actionable insights for decision-making.

3. Capital Strategy & Investor Relations

• Lead equity/debt fundraising cycles.
• Define and execute capital allocation strategies.
• Manage board and investor communications.

4. High-Performance Team & Culture

• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class finance team.
• Instill a culture of integrity, high standards, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive financial leadership in both high-growth and structured corporate environments.
• Chartered Accountant (mandatory). Preference for top rankers.
• MBA (Finance) from a premier institution is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in fundraising (equity/debt).
• Proven expertise across controllership, FP&A, and investor relations.
• Strong exposure to ERP/BI tools and data-driven reporting.
• Experience in healthcare/health-tech or recurring revenue businesses is an advantage.
