Shanti FouMach Private Limited is a TS 16949 certified company specialized in manufacturing ready-to-assemble and sub-assembled grey iron and ductile iron castings with machining. Catering primarily to OEMs in the diesel engine, tractor, and compressor industries, our products include oil sumps, gear casings, crankcases, transmission cases, hubs, flywheel housings, and gear cases. Located in a single integrated foundry with a CNC machine shop, we aim to be among the most preferred suppliers by adding value to the supply chain, optimizing the total cost of ownership, and continuously upgrading our facilities to deliver world-class products.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Belgaum. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including financial planning, financial reporting, and preparing financial statements. Day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing financial data, managing budgets, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will also work closely with the executive team to drive business growth and improve overall financial health.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Statements
• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Financial Reporting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Belgaum
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
