You will be joining Shanti FouMach Private Limited in Belgaum as a full-time Human Resources Recruiter. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process. To excel in this role, you should possess strong recruitment, sourcing, and screening skills, along with the ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates. Collaboration with hiring managers, experience in HR procedures and compliance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also key requirements. Moreover, an understanding of recruitment in the manufacturing industry is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and having an HR certification such as SHRM-CP would be advantageous.
