Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates while ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Education Counsellors, Trainers, Sales, and Administrative roles.
• Source candidates through portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate face-to-face or virtual interviews with management.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, attendance records, and daily hiring reports.
• Share daily and weekly recruitment progress updates with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule

• Day shift, Monday to Saturday
• Work from office
