Job Description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top creative and business talent for the agency, including roles in marketing, advertising, design, digital, strategy, and client services. This role plays a key part in building a strong, creative, and high-performing team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for creative, marketing, and corporate roles
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit in a creative agency environment
  • Maintain and update the talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate offer letters, salary discussions, and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as career pages, job posts, and campus hiring
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and talent market conditions

Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with roles such as marketers, designers, copywriters, media planners, and strategists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes (portfolio reviews, creative fit, attitude)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in ATS tools, job portals, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience hiring for marketing, advertising, digital, or creative roles is a strong advantage
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment preferred
