Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Leadership:
  • Develop and implement holistic brand strategies for clients across industries, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead brand discovery, positioning, messaging, and visual identity development processes.
  • Serve as the primary brand steward, ensuring consistency across all client touchpoints and marketing channels.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business, market, and competitive landscape.
  • Present brand strategies, reports, and creative briefs to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Build long-term relationships through trust, insight, and performance.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, media, analytics) to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns that reflect brand positioning.
  • Oversee the development of brand content, including website copy, social media, email, and video.
  • Market & Consumer Insight:
  • Conduct and analyze market research, audience insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform brand decisions.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Manage and mentor junior brand strategists or account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1-3 years of brand management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies across digital channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at client-facing presentations and high-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of branding principles and user experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
