Role Description

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

• Prepare

  CMA reports, projections, and cash flow statements

  for decision-making and funding
• Ensure strong

  taxation, compliance, and governance

  across all business verticals
• Manage

  Capex & Opex

  with focus on efficiency and sustainable growth
• Lead

  risk management frameworks

  and maintain robust financial controls
• Provide strategic insights to the CEO & Board for business expansion and profitability
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with

  15+ years in senior financial leadership

• Expertise in

  financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance

• Strong exposure across

  service, retail, manufacturing, auto LPG, spinning mills, and transport sectors

• Proven track record in

  financial strategy, stakeholder management, and leadership
