Role Description We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of our diversified group with operations across service, retail, manufacturing, auto LPG, spinning mills, and transport. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Prepare CMA reports, projections, and cash flow statements for decision-making and funding Ensure strong taxation, compliance, and governance across all business verticals Manage Capex & Opex with focus on efficiency and sustainable growth Lead risk management frameworks and maintain robust financial controls Provide strategic insights to the CEO & Board for business expansion and profitability Build and mentor a high-performing finance team Qualifications CA/CPA/CMA/MBA (Finance) with 15+ years in senior financial leadership Expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance Strong exposure across service, retail, manufacturing, auto LPG, spinning mills, and transport sectors Proven track record in financial strategy, stakeholder management, and leadership
